GOVERNMENT SERVICES INTRODUCTION

Computer Systems/Software Consultant has served a government contract for more than 30 years that was awarded in 1978 (Army Clothing Central Issue Systems). On May 21, 2002, business was setup an S corporation doing business as CS/sC. The company was emphasized on Federal, State and local government, and commercial markets. It has added additional stockholders. The mission of our company is to maximize the return of our client investments in Enterprise Resource Planning. We design, implement, and manage solutions for leading enterprise packages.

Analysis and Design:
Our assessment methodology allows us to map out what approach is best to accomplish your organizational goals. Defining your requirements is a large part of this phase and is essential to project success. Our staffs have all the necessary skill sets to design any systems. This includes the management of both the functionality and presentation.

Implementation:
With our staffs whose have the technical expertise with our project management skills, we can implement IT solution for you on time with predictable functionality at predictable cost. Our Implementation Manager applies six approaches:

  1. Provide automation support for service delivery management of implementations which can shorten the duration of the implementation


  2. Monitor issue tracking support for day-to-day problems that arise during course of implementations


  3. Ability to standardize and quickly leverage best practice processes across multiple implementations


  4. Knowledge repository for all tasks in implementation to facilitate communication, collaboration, task management, and issue resolution


  5. Adequate decision support tools that provide visibility into performance of various business metrics for implementations such as cost, schedule, and revenue recognition milestones


  6. Provide control over technology, tools, and interfaces that span across tasks in organizations during an implementation
