CS/sC's assessment methodology delivers a low-cost and rapid assessment of your technology needs.. opportunities. A survey is conducted of your IT requirements, goals and business strategy in order to develop an overview of your technology. Implementation:
TheCS/sC Implementation Manager not only must face the enormous responsibility of leading various tasks to a successful deployment, but also is often under pressure from internal executives to outperform various implementation metrics such as cost, schedule, and revenue recognition milestones. The CS/sC Implementation Manager applies six approaches:

  1. Provide automation support for service delivery management of implementations which can shorten the duration of the implementation


  2. Monitor issue tracking support for day-to-day problems that arise during course of implementations


  3. Ability to standardize and quickly leverage best practice processes across multiple implementations


  4. Knowledge repository for all tasks in implementation to facilitate communication, collaboration, task management, and issue resolution


  5. Adequate decision support tools that provide visibility into performance of various business metrics for implementations such as cost, schedule, and revenue recognition milestones


  6. Provide control over technology, tools, and interfaces that span across tasks in organizations during an implementation
