COMPUTERSYSTEMS/SOFTWARE CORPORATION President William H. Crow received a service disability rating from injuries sustained while serving in the 1st Calvary Division in Vietnam and in the U.S. Army Rangers at Fort Benning, Georgia. After
serving for 20 years, Mr. Crow retired from the Army Signal Corp and brought his extensive leadership, computer and telecommunication experience to the business world.

In 1977, Mr. Crow formed his original computer company, Computer Systems/Software Consultants, which serviced two commercial customers. As a subcontractor, his initial U.S. Government contracts were held with the U.S. Army's Interactive Automated Clothing Supply System and the Department of Labor's Black Lung Project. Mr. Crow was the software development lead in developing and installing of a complex computer software for the Defense Mapping Agency. As a consultant, Mr. Crow provided network design and development services on various government contracts. For his State Government contracts, he provided developed an independent quality assurance program for Maine's Tri-State Lottery System. Mr. Crow incorporated on May 21, 2002 and expanded ownership when demand for his computer expertise and services increased.
While serving as an Army Signal Officer Mr. Crow was the Troop Commander for a 600 plus
manned signal unit, responsible for "Long Lines", Satellite and AUTODIN communication.
He served as Commanding Officer for two different Autodin sites. Executive officer for a Signal Battalion responsible for 19 Dial Central offices and a Secure Voice Telephone Exchange. Mr. Crow served three years as the Management Information Office for the Logistic Command in the Canal Zone where he was responsible for the automation of the movement of logistics by rail, ship and local transportation. Mr. Crow served as COTR for three Army contracts and as the Multichannel Traffic Engineer for the 35th Signal Battalion, responsible for all telecommunication engineering and deployment for the 18th Airborne Corp and initiated the development of the US Army Tactical Frequency Engineering System.
